Basta Tayo Sama-Sama (BTS) wanted to aid the less fortunate and the marginalized sectors in society. Even before the organization was formed, BTS conducted relief operations with the goal of giving and assisting fellow Filipinos.
Barangay Sto. Ñino, Parañaque City
A residential compound in Sto. Ñino, Parañaque, caught fire on September 15, 2021. Twenty homes were demolished, displacing 63 families and leaving one resident dead.
BTS helped by organizing a relief effort. On September 21, 2021, BTS provided food packs to the afflicted families at Kaingin II Compound.
Barangay Calayo, Nasugbu, Batangas
In September 2021, Typhoon Jolina struck the Philippines. Nasugbu, Batangas, was one of the areas hit. Following the typhoon’s onslaught, a bridge in Barangay Calayo collapsed.
The BTS team traveled to Brgy. Calayo to distribute relief goods such as rice, canned goods, bread, noodles and face shields to the residents. Since the bridge collapsed, some relief supplies were transported by boat to households across the river.
St. Matthew Square, San Mateo, Rizal
In November 2020, Typhoon Ulysses swept across Metro Manila and other provinces. Regardless of the threat of pandemic and other challenges, BTS organized the distribution of 500 relief packs containing mats, blankets, rice, canned goods, bread, noodles and face shields to the victims of Typhoon Ulysses in San Mateo, Rizal.

Barangay Tañong, Marikina City
On September 15, 2021, BTS visited Barangay Tañong and Barangay Marangka in Marikina City. Metro Manila was under Modified Enhancement Community Quarantine (MECQ) during that time. BTS extended support to the residents by delivering relief supplies.
